<oncology> Wilms' tumour or nephroblastoma, is a cancerous tumour of the kidney in children. Wilms' is the most common tumour of the kidney and the most common intra-abdominal tumour in children. The exact cause is unknown, but probably develops in foetal tissue due to an underlying genetic factor.
