Vegetables of your choice. Carrots, bean sprouts, mushrooms, peppers, water chestnuts, baby sweetcorn etc. You can often buy packs of fresh or frozen prepared veg for stir fry at big supermarkets, these are usually pretty good value too.
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Sweet chilli sauce (optional)
Method
Boil a pan of water and use this to cook your noodles as directed on the packet.
Chop all of your vegetables into fine strips.
Fry the onion and garlic. Grate the ginger and rinse gently in cold water, add this to the wok.
When the onions are translucent, add the rest of the vegetables. Fry these for a couple of minutes and then add the soy sauce, chilli sauce and noodles. Heat through and serve.
