2. Any of various conditions marked by itching, the specific site or type being indicated by a modifying term.
Can result from a drug reaction, food allergy, kidney disease or liver disease, cancers, parasites, aging or dry skin, contact skin reaction, such as poison ivy, and for unknown reasons.
