The NA recognises a posterior surface without qualification on the following structures: arm; arytenoid cartilage; cornea; eyelid; fibula; humerus; iris; kidney; leg; pancreas; prostate; radius; suprarenal gland; ulna.
Synonyms: facies posterior.
