1. <chemistry> Acid dissociation constant. Often encountered as pKa (i.e. Log10Ka).
2. Association constant (Kass). The equilibrium constant for association, the reciprocal of Kd, with dimensions of litres/mole. Better to use Kd, thereby removing any ambiguity.
