If the cuff is to be inflatted to 25cm round, how much air judged by a syring of air in mls do you need to push through?

The cuff volume is less important, more that you inflate until the balloon on the inflation tube is inflated to sufficient pressure. This allows for different cuffs and different airway sizes.
