I have this word I am trying to find. I found it on the MT911 helpline, without a definition and I cannot for the life of me find any definition from a reliable source. Does anybody know if this term, torsus tibarius, is an anatomical structure somewhere on the head?
OK, I found it, it is NOT TORSUS, but rather TORUS, and it is NOT TIBARIUS, but rather TUBARIUS, and it is a ridge in the naso-pharyngeal wall caused by the projection of the cartilaginous portion of the eustachian tube. Again, the correct term is torus tubaris. Hope somebody gets something out of this becuase I answered my own question.
