Medical word finder - coming soon

We know that medical secretaries and transcribers often have to battle to distinguish words spoken on tape or decipher doctors' handwriting, and sometimes parts of words are all you have to go on.

With this in mind, we're are currently working on building a medical word finder tool. This would allow you to search for words by entering a series of letters - for example, you could search for words ending with a certain suffix, starting with a certain prefix or containing a certain syllable.

We'd love to hear whether you'd find this useful and what features you would like the tool to have.

I have just joined and I am just familiarising myself with this site and come across the medical word finder. I think this feature would be brilliant and it would be so great not to have to search through dictionaries that really do waste time.

I applaud you, I think this will be a valuable tool for many people.
