The existing entry for Nicarbazin includes the following,

"An equimolar complex of 4,4'-dinitrocarbanilide and 2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine. A coccidiostat for poultry.
Pharmacological action: coccidiostats."

In addition to a coccidostat for poultry, please consider amending the use of the compound as a contraceptive for pest birds. Nicarbazin is registered by the US EPA for use in pigeons, geese and ducks. [Reg #80224-1; 80224-5].

Pharmacological action should include "contraceptive for birds".
